SAND PROFILE AGENTT-101(TDS)
1. Description
These sand texture agents are polyamide modified fluoride copolymer which can produceexcellentwear resistant matt powder coating. Compared with the competitive products, T-101 canprovidegoodcost, low dosage, good dispersion and gloss stability. T-101 is designed for good cost formulation,added amount 0.3-0.8%.

4. Characteristics and application
● Providing excellent hardness, scratch/friction resistance and smoothness
● Silicon-free, not affect to re-coating.  Use level range is 0.1-0.3%. To acquire more fine texture, lower gloss powder, add lower dosageofT-101. To acquire more coarse texture, add higher dosage of T-101.
● In combined with organic clay will provide better cost and performance.
● Coarse texture powder will relate to particle size and texture agent dosage.
● Don't add flow agent in the flat grained power coating. Combining silica is better. Whenproducesemi-matt one, please combine with excessive texturing agent, flow agent and small quantityof mattagent (0.5%) in the formulation. Add barium sulfate as the filler.
● Adding 0.2-0.8% very fine talcum powder can remove the problem of edge coverage.

Polyethylene lining, net weight 25KG caveat; stored in a cool and dry placetoavoidmoisture absorption.In the < 30 ℃ is valid for two years at room temperature
