Physical matting agent for exterior powder coatings T-302C
1.Description
T-302C is a non-wax containing and resin based matting agent designed for applying in exterior Polyester/TGIC powder coatings to provide low gloss of 10-60% at dosage 1-4.5%.This chemical system have excellent flow and surface fullness; high DOI suitable for black system; exhibit good stability without obvious various when over baking.
2.Typical physical data
4.Characteristics
①In the same formulation, different polyesters have different gloss. Generally, polyesters with slow reaction speed have lower gloss.
②Less amount of TGIC could be used,in order to obtain better mechanical properties, normally excess TGIC and T-302C ratio of about 10/1.
5.package and storage:
Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags, Net weight 25kg per bag. Store in cool and dry place to avoid moisture. According to our experience, the shelf life of this product is at least 2 years when ambient temperature below 30 ℃.
